The Cugher’s success for over 50 years on printing machines for screen printing on glass is the result of an efficient mix of productive resources and cutting-edge technologies and derives from the work of a Team composed by high profile professionals. The production focuses on two macro areas of commercial offer dedicated to stand alone machines and full line plants . The company is oriented to clearly and efficiently communicate the offering organization which organically integrates the two areas, each one composed by:

· Machines for screen printing designed and produced to perform in the architectural - building and interior design – the home appliance and the automotive sectors. Each machine series best fits the production needs thanks to options that ensure high printing quality. The G series has the centering out of the printing table and can process single or double glasses. Otherwise, the J series , for bigger formats, can center directly on the printing table. The Fast series is extremely rapid and offers high cycle time and production change-over performances. Moreover, the flexibility of Stand-Alone machines guarantees high performances and they are able to satisfy specific production requirements: the Flexy series ensures extremely printing flexibility, the Compact series is the solution for high productivity demands and the Sketch series allows to personalize your print.

· Dryers (IR, UV or combined) with specific features and flexibility for satisfy both silk screen printing and digital printing on glass. Indeed, adapting air recirculation, dryers can accurately dry ink thickness from 15 to 100 microns. Moreover, dryers are able to speeds the drying process through the efficient transfer of energy to the ink/enamel and the capability of evacuating vapors generated by solvents during the drying process.

· Vision systems and quality control provides opportunity to best control the glass and the print quality in every detail - thanks to the very high resolutions reached by their devices - and to monitor and adjust the process through optical systems designed for the automatic screen centering and for the automatic control of broken screen.

· System dedicated for handling, transport and storage for glasses with any dimension and shape, guarantying excellent integration and synchronization with all line components.
